Generally good but my payment level went 15.000 EUR down after the bootcamp. The career coach made me insecure & emphasised that you only get support for the portuguese market. In reality I could have gotten a better payed (remote) job. lack of internal insights & lack of coaching for individuals (only one person was praised & set as examples.
